Thanksgiving...

My 10 year old sweetie, Chloe Ann, baked these amazing cookies today for our Thanksgiving feast tomorrow!

They are super yummy!


Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. milk
1 Tblsp. vanilla
2 c. semi-sweet choc. chips
1/2 c. chopped pecans

1. Combine pumpkin, sugar, oil, and egg. In a separate bowl, stir together flour, baking soda dissolved in milk, stir in baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture and mix well.
2. Add vanilla, chocolate chips, and nuts
3. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet and bake @ 350 degrees for 9-10 minutes or until lightly brown.
